Steve Jobs: A Tribute

Steve Jobs’  family made the following announcement today:

“Steve died peacefully today surrounded by his family.

In his public life, Steve was known as a visionary; in his private life, he cherished his family. We are thankful to the many people who have shared their wishes and prayers during the last year of Steve’s illness; a website will be provided for those who wish to offer tributes and memories.

We are grateful for the support and kindness of those who share our feelings for Steve. We know many of you will mourn with us, and we ask that you respect our privacy during our time of grief.”

Apple also made the following announcement:

We are deeply saddened to announce that Steve Jobs passed away today. Steve’s brilliance, passion, and energy were the source of countless innovations that enrich and improve all of our lives. The world is immeasurably better because of Steve.

I only hope that he knew the impact he truly had on the world!

Steve Jobs effected the tech world in more ways than most will ever realize.

He also was a great inspiration to anyone, no matter your passion!

He taught us so much:

1. LOVE WHAT YOU DO

2. FOLLOW YOUR PASSIONS

3. BEING WEALTHY ISN’T THE MOST

IMPORTANT THING:

“Being the richest man in the cemetery doesn’t matter to me.

Going to bed at night saying we’ve done something wonderful,

that’s what matters to me.”

4. TRUST YOUR INSTINCTS

5. BE YOURSELF

6. KEEP THE FAITH

7. FOLLOW YOUR HEART

8.  LIVE LIFE TO THE FULLEST

THANKS FOR STAYING HUNGRY

STEVE JOBS… YOU WILL BE MISSED
